Basic condition

Next to a pretentious choreography and talent the basic condition plays a central role
in competitive dancing that’s frequently underestimated.

As a matter of fact a good basic condition makes an efficient every day training (exercise?) routine possible in the first place. E.g.: The capability to learn a series of movements on a high level of intensity is improved dramatically.

The doses of strain where you can still practice your fine motor coordination increases while at the same time the power of resistance to physical and psychological stress grows considerably.

All these factors result in an overall improvement of performance during competition.

The results of the G8 Test will be used to elaborate a detailed, precise and easy to read conditioning plan that will give you the instructions to build up your Grundkondition to a level that will last for a complete dancing season (year).
